The 2022/23 Season includes:

Join us in the beautiful Physick House garden for amusingly autumnal content and some Halloween themes, too: spooky short stories, spectral encounters, and the funniest Halloween tweets we could find.

Powel House
An All-New Pop-Up Event!

We’ll travel in time as we travel through the beautiful, historic Powel House! Together we’ll explore the rooms of one of America’s finest examples of Georgian architecture and rediscover old holiday traditions, songs, and stories.

NOTE: This event involves stairs. We will offer a wheelchair-accessible version of the performance each night. Please let us know at checkout if you'd prefer to attend the accessible performance so we can ensure you're accommodated.

Powel House
Our Beloved Annual Event — Bring Your Beloved

Looking for an extra cheesy night out to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Join us for good times and big laughs with our all-new collection of stories, poetry, and themes about modern love — the good, the bad, and the hilarious. Perfect for couples, singles, and friends’ night out!

Meet Murasaki Shikibu Followed by Book-Signing, and Other Things, by Julia Izumi
6/7 - 6/18, 2023 at 6:30pm Wednesdays through Saturdays and 3:00pm Sundays
Our full production in residence at Louis Bluver Theatre at the Drake

Tonight we welcome author Murasaki Shikibu to kick off the book launch of her novel The Tale of Genji. Granted, our event is over 1,000 years late, but Lady Murasaki is ready to make up for lost time. If you’re lucky, she might even talk about the book. This production will also be recorded for a streaming run after the in-person production.

All venues will offer wheelchair accessibility to the performance space. While Home for the Holidays will use the Powel House's stairs, we will offer a wheelchair accessible version of the performance each night. Please let us know at check-out if you'll be attending the accessible version so we can be sure to accommodate you.
